• $175.3 billion assets under administration and management at year end, up 20% year over year
• $14 billion net sales, up 47% year over year
• $981 million revenue, up 11% year over year
• $87.7 million net income after tax, up 31% year over year

Aviso’s inaugural Corporate Sustainability Report showcases our commitment to and achievements in sustainable business practices that strengthen resilience and create shared value for our stakeholders. This report outlines progress across our three strategic pillars: People, Products, and Planet, including work in climate action, responsible investing, as well as Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB).

Highlights from the report:

• Formally integrated Corporate Sustainability risks into Aviso’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Taken an important first step in addressing climate change by setting science-based targets (SBTs) that align with global efforts to limit warming.
• Developed Aviso’s first internal Truth and Reconciliation Roadmap that focuses on advancing efforts toward Reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples.
• Rolled out a Social Impact Strategy aligned with six priority UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), driven by employee-led committees.
