Yes. Investor Hub uses MFA to keep your account more secure. You will set up your MFA as part of the registration or sign-up process.

You can reset your password from the Investor Hub sign-in page at www.investor-hub.ca. 

Select the Forget your password? link and follow the on-screen instructions.

Get real-time, secure access to your Aviso Wealth portfolio – anywhere, anytime. See your portfolio balance along with historical performance (6 months, 1 year, 5 years, and all time). View account-level information like the current market value of your investments, performance over the past 1, 3 and 5 years, the holdings in each account, and transactions for each account (up to the last 7 years).

Yes. You can view account statements, trade confirmations, and other important documents such as your tax receipts. You will need to, however, sign into the desktop version of Investor Hub if you want to download your documents.

Market value is the current estimated value of your holdings (i.e., if you were to sell them today). 

Book cost is your cost of purchasing the holdings in your account. 

Yes. You can see all Aviso accounts in Investor Hub. If an account is not visible, you can add/link it by navigating to Quick Links in the top right then selecting Link an account.

Yes. You can view and download account statements, trade confirmations, and important documents such as tax receipts right in Investor Hub. Up to seven years of account statements (from your account opening date) are stored in Investor Hub.

The Aviso Wealth Statement Guide helps you understand the information reported in your statement so you can quickly and easily track activity in your account.

Aviso is committed to proactively keeping you informed, so you can prepare for tax season. Use this centralized location to access tax mailing schedules, important dates, your tax guide, and some useful links and forms.

Account statements are available in Investor Hub each month, provided there has been activity. If not, you'll receive a new statement every quarter.

Up to seven years of account statements (from your account opening date) are stored in Investor Hub.

Only the primary account holder can manage document delivery preferences.

An account statement is only generated when there is a buy or sell transaction that month in your account. When there are no transactions, you will receive a statement every quarter.

Trade confirmations are available one hour after markets close, provided there has been account activity that day. Up to two years of trade confirms (from your account opening date) are stored in Investor Hub.

Note: Trade confirms are not issued for discretionary accounts.

A Client ID is your 6-digit alphanumeric number (e.g., 2J0123) that describes your account group. You can find your Client ID on the first page of your account statement in the information section.

Your advisor should be contacted for any financial advice or changes to your account or transactions (pre-authorized contributions, address updates etc.)

Yes, you can register for eServices to receive statements and tax documents online rather than paper statements in the mail. You can manage your subscriptions individually for each Client ID under eServices > Settings

Access to Aviso Online is provided at the Client ID level. If you have multiple accounts or multiple account registrations e.g., Individual, Joint, you may also have multiple Client ID’s.

If all your accounts are not visible, you can add additional accounts under Account Settings > New Account.

You can update your email address via Aviso Online under your Account Settings > My Profile. See the attached guide for more information.

Your advisor should be contacted for any financial advice or changes to your account or transactions (pre-authorized contributions, address updates etc.)

You can see your advisor’s phone number and email address under the Help (?) link at the top right corner of the site. Contact information for their assistant (if applicable), and for our Service Centre is also displayed.
