Yes, you can register to eServices to receive statements and tax documents online rather than paper statements in the mail. You can manage your subscriptions individually for each Client ID under eServices > Settings
Access to Aviso Online is provided at the Client ID level. If you have multiple accounts or multiple account registrations e.g., Individual, Joint, you may also have multiple Client ID’s.
If all your accounts are not visible, you can add additional accounts under Account Settings > New Account.
Your Client ID is a 6-digit alphanumeric number (e.g., 2J0123) that describes your account group. You can find your Client ID in the information section of the first page of your statement.
Only the primary account holder may manage eServices subscriptions.
Existing documents will be available within two business days of subscribing. You'll receive your first online statement in the month following your subscription date, provided there's been activity within the current month. Otherwise, you'll receive a new statement every quarter.
Up to seven years back from your subscription date.
The eServices feature will be active within two business days of subscription. When there is activity on your account, you'll receive your first trade confirmation approximately one hour after the markets close that same day.
Note: Trading confirms are not issued for discretionary accounts.

Market value is the current estimated value of your holdings (i.e., if you were to sell them today). Book cost is your cost of purchasing the holdings in your account. Unrealized Gain/Loss is the difference between what you paid for a holding and approximately what you could sell it for, given current market conditions.
An account statement is only generated when there is a buy or sell transaction that month in your account. If you had no transactions, you would receive a statement every quarter.
If you had transactions but did not receive a statement, please check eServices under the Accounts Tab. Please allow until the 15th of each month to receive the account statement.
If you have not received your statement by that time, please contact your advisor.
